At Sydney Women's Counselling Centre, we take all complaints seriously and strive to resolve them as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our team is available to listen to your concerns and work with you to find a satisfactory solution. We value your feedback and are committed to continuously improving our services based on your input.
All staff at the Centre abide by the SWCC Code of Conduct and Professional ethical standards issued by PACFA and other recognized professional organizations and all existing legislation regarding complaints.
Sydney Women’s Counselling Centre ensures that complaints are fully investigated and that clients are not disadvantaged in any way for making a complaint.
